Job Title:
Production Chef for Frozen Dough & Bakery
Brigade Size:
14 staff, not including trainees and daily workers.
Operational Hours:
5:30 am – 23 pm , 7 days per week.
Basic Function:
Professional and smooth running of the frozen dough and bakery kitchen
Work Experience:
At least 8 years working experience and min of 3 years in similar position
In a star rated hotel or large scale frozen dough & bakery production center.
Cruise ship experience also welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and continuous upgrading of established standards in liaison with Factory Manager and Owners. Supervision of frozen dough and brigade with a strong focus on training, supervisory and management qualities.
Able to handle the pressure of a large scale operation and maintain friendly and professional relation ship with all staff and management.
May travel to other areas in Indonesia to conduct frozen dough/ baking staff training and to implement procedure and standards.
Special Requirements:
Consisatant and innovative in preparation and presentation of all frozen dough and bakery products.
Basic command of the English language – both written and spoken a big plus.
Must be strict, able to guide and give direction and daily training.
Excellent communication skills essential. Must know basic food safety and hygiene regulations
Directly Reports to:
Factory Manager, Owners
Working Time:
5 1/2 days per week
Personality:
Friendly, enthusiastic, strong leadership skills, flexible, cooperative and hands on.
Physical Requirement:
Fit, healthy
Age:
38 - 50 years old
Nationality:
Indonesian, Indonesian Chinese or Balinese ok
Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience
Salary review after 3 month of service
Others:
Must be ready to
open new factory in April 2017
Preferable live not far from Karawaci or Curug Tangerang
