1.     Manage daily kitchen activities to the highest standard: including managing staff, establish working schedules, aiding menu preparation & presentation, ensuring food quality & freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking.

2.     Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets standard quality

3.     Schedule & report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues

4.     Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately

5.     Enforce company regulations and comply with industry’s safety standards

6.     Collaborate with other departments whenever necessary and maintain good-working etiquette



·      Age minimum 27 years old

·      A degree in Culinary & other related certificates would be a plus

·      Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

·      Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, etc)

·      Excellent record of kitchen and staff management

·      At least minimum 2 years experience in same position at 4 or 5 star hotel or restorant

·      A good level of spoke english is must

·      Specialise in Western food

·      Has strong leadership, integrity, passion, commitment and consistency
