LaCuisine-SIAL Interfood 2019

Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP) a member of World Association of Chef Societies (WACS) in collaboration with PT Kristamedia Pratama are reorganizing The 3rd LaCuisine Cooking Competition in conjunction with SIAL Interfood Indonesia 2019 at the Jakarta International EXPO Kemayoran on November 13th-16th 2019.

As a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) in order to assist and improve the standard of culinary fare in Indonesia, there are 15 experienced qualified World Chefs certified judges judged the competition, together with 9 Rookie Judges and 16 Indonesian Based Judges. The 3rd LaCuisine Competition has endorsement from World Chefs as National Competition.

There are 21 classes this year with total 724 participants, which has increase 24,8% from last year. Since our objective to bring Indonesian Food into next level, there are some Indonesian Cuisine Classes such as live cooking of Traditional Jajanan Pasar Plated in Modern Presentation, live cooking Sate Nusantara using charcoal and traditional grill and team of cooking for Nasi Tumpeng and Indonesian Gastronomy. We have issued: 24 Gold Medals, 116 Silver Medals, 249 Bronze Medals and 259 Diploma Awards
